Jay and Tammi Adair arrived in Suisun Valley in 1993 and have since built a family portfolio of historic Wine Country estates, including Girard, Clos Pegase, Kunde, B.R. Cohn, and Viansa. Their Calistoga flagship, Girard, occupies the historic Dunaweal Lane property established by publisher and art collector Jan Shrem, producing structured, volcanic-soil Cabernets.
