Bouchard Finlayson is a pioneering estate in the cool Hemel-en-Aarde Valley near Hermanus, founded in 1989 by Burgundian Paul Bouchard and Cape winemaker Peter Finlayson. Its Galpin Peak Pinot Noir and Missionvale Chardonnay helped establish Walker Bay as South Africa's Burgundian heartland.
