Founded in 2007 by Guillaume Fabre, a sixth-generation winemaker from France's Languedoc who arrived to work under Stephan Asseo at L'Aventure, and his wife Solene, for whom the winery is named. The estate focuses on Rhone- and Bordeaux-style blends.
