Domaine Dujac was founded in Morey-Saint-Denis in 1967 by Jacques Seysses, whose whole-cluster winemaking and grand cru holdings — Clos de la Roche and Clos Saint-Denis foremost — made it one of Burgundy's most influential domaines. Now run by the second generation, Dujac's perfumed, silken Pinot Noirs are among the region's most coveted allocations.
