Dot Wine is a small, family-owned Sonoma County winery founded in 2016 by viticulturist Lise Asimont and Shawn Phillips, specializing in vineyard-designate Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. Drawing on Asimont's decades of farming experience across Sonoma, Dot leans on meticulous vineyard work and minimal cellar intervention to let each site speak, with the flagship Lolita Vineyard Pinot Noir anchoring a lineup that also spans Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and sparkling. The wines are poured at the Bacchus Landing tasting collective in Healdsburg.
