Gargiulo Vineyards is the Oakville estate of Jeff and Valerie Gargiulo. The family bought its Money Road Ranch parcel in 1992 and added the 575 OVX property around 2000, giving them two vineyards in the heart of the Oakville appellation. The winery opened to visitors by appointment in January 2007, and Kristof Anderson made the wines from 2004 to 2020. The flagship is the 575 OVX Cabernet Sauvignon, named for the estate's address on the Oakville Cross Road, and the lineup also includes the Money Road Ranch Merlot, the G Major Seven Study series, Aprile, a Chardonnay and a Rosato di Sangiovese that nods to the family's Italian heritage. Production is about 5,000 to 6,000 cases a year, distributed in seven states, so the wines are small-scale but not impossible to find. Gargiulo's tastings on the Oakville Cross Road offer views across some of the most valuable Cabernet land in Napa Valley.
