Henschke is a fifth-generation family winery in South Australia's Eden Valley, founded in 1868 by Prussian immigrant Johann Christian Henschke. Its flagship, Hill of Grace, is sourced from a single vineyard of ungrafted Shiraz vines planted in the 1860s — among the oldest continuously producing Shiraz vines in the world — and ranks among Australia's most collected wines.
