Inglenook is one of Napa Valley's founding estates, established in Rutherford in 1879 by Finnish sea captain Gustave Niebaum. Film director Francis Ford Coppola began reuniting the historic property in 1975 and restored its original name in 2011, returning the château and vineyards to a single estate. Its flagship Rubicon, a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend from organically farmed estate vines, carries one of the oldest legacies in American wine.
