Leeuwin Estate is Margaret River's most famous winery, founded by the Horgan family in 1973 with early guidance from Robert Mondavi. Its Art Series Chardonnay is widely considered Australia's greatest white wine, and the estate's annual concerts — which have hosted everyone from Ray Charles to the London Philharmonic — made it a cultural landmark as well.
