Originally founded in the early 1980s by Ann Macauley Watson with a late-harvest Sauvignon Blanc, and revived around 2001 by her son Mac Watson with childhood friend and winemaker Kirk Venge. The label sources Cabernet from the famed Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard.
