Sparkling Pointe is a Southold winery founded by vintners Cynthia and Tom Rosicki, dedicated exclusively to traditional-method (Méthode Champenoise) sparkling wine — one of the few North Fork producers to focus entirely on the category. Its wines are made from the classic Champagne varietals Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay across roughly 40 sustainably farmed acres, with a state-of-the-art winemaking facility completed in 2010.
