Suhru & Lieb Vineyards brings together two North Fork labels under one Cutchogue tasting room. Suhru Wines is the project of owner Susan Hearn and her husband, veteran Long Island winemaker Russell Hearn. Lieb traces back to 1992, when Mark Lieb purchased what became one of the North Fork's most recognizable early vineyards — a site a local potato farmer had unknowingly planted to Pinot Blanc rather than the Chardonnay he intended — and went on to co-found the Premium Wine Group custom-crush facility that still serves the region today.
