Dr. Lee and Ruth Titus purchased this St. Helena property in 1968, replanting it to Bordeaux varieties and selling fruit to Charles Krug, Beaulieu Vineyards, and Cuvaison for over two decades. Their sons Phillip and Eric launched the family's own label in 1990, and the second-generation-run estate now farms 50 acres along the Napa River.
